“I purchased this ring as a gift for my daughter from Santa.
When it arrived, the post man gave it to my daughter with a postage due envelope. This obviously peeked her curiosity. Not only did I have to pay shipping twice, my daughter now knew of this gift and it could no longer be used for its intended purpose. I have emailed twice since December 15 with no response. I am disappointed in the customer service. I understand it is the holiday season and you are busy. I have tried to be patient.”
