“All of the posts on the earrings were bent and one of the earring backs was mangled. The package the earrings came in was a flat envelope so it went through all of the postage machines damaging the earrings.”
“I do really love these earrings. They are on the more danty/smaller than expected. But i have not been able to wear them. Why im giving the 3 stars is because i unfortunately recieved the posts bent in the mail which is very disappointing. Still waiting to hear back from customer service to get things resolved.”
