Not realizing this was a brass/potentially copper ring, I was expecting to wear it full time. This was not the case. It has already tarnished, the coating coming off onto my skin and the discoloration has begun.
No fault on the ring itself (I just didn't read the page well enough), I just never would have purchased a costume piece of jewelry if I had known. Don't make my mistake if you plan on wearing this longer than a day! It will be going onto a necklace.
