“Let me start by saying that Pura Vida has given us a credit to be used on our next purchase, which I appreciate (although a refund would be better). We have purchased a number of Pura Vida items over the years, and we've always been really happy with them. This is the most expensive item we've purchased from Pura Vida, and we were surprised by and disappointed with the quality. It arrived with black markings on the tag portion of the bracelet that we weren't able to buff off. The chain portion of the bracelet had a number of discolored links (some blue and some black). This bracelet never should have made it through quality control, and based on other reviews, it sounds like we aren't the only ones who have had similar problems with this bracelet. I wish I had read those more closely prior to purchasing.”
“The images of this bracelet make it look beautiful…they’re misleading. The tag on my bracelet had specks where the gold plating missed. The stone looks as if it was put in with a lot of glue and not cleaned off. I’m actually not even sure if there is a stone or if it’s just a glob of glue and the words on the back are completely unreadable and look smudged. The only reason this bracelet gets 2 stars instead of one is the chain is actually pretty. I may just remove the tag altogether and just wear the chain.”
