“The main reason I am writing this review is for the customer service. I purchased the 3 stack Hello Kitty ring. When I received it, one of the rings was damaged. It was flattened, probably damaged going through the postal service. Anyhow, customer service offered a $12 credit (original price was $34) since only 1 ring was damaged. I didn't want the credit because the ring that was damaged was the main Hello Kitty ring. It didn't make sense to keep the other 2 rings without the main Hello Kitty ring. I just wanted to exchange the damage ring and other 2 rings to get the same back in return. Well, since I declined their credit and requested to return the 3 stack bundle in exchange for a new set, customer service has yet to respond to my emails. I have now followed up 3 times, and no response. I'm very disappointed with the way customer service has handled this situation.”
