“I can't review this bracelet, because I never received it. The USPS "tracking" number provided by Pura Vida was not recognized by my post office, and they have NO record of this parcel. Yet your company keeps telling me that maybe one of my neighbors took it. What neighbors? I live out here in the boonies. This customer service is awful.”
