“I do like the bracelet itself. I am very disappointed with their current level of customer service. You cannot speak with anybody on the phone. It all has to be done by email or text. But it took quite a long time to get a response back. I received a shipment missing this bracelet and it took me about five days to get a response. It was very disappointing because this was a gift for my daughter that did not arrive in time because it had to be remade and re-shipped after I was able to get an email response from them five days later.”
