“We ordered the engraved bracelet for Christmas for my daughter and there was some confusion around shipping time and the engraving. The customer service team was very responsive, even during a high volume time period. The item ended up being shipped without engraving, and some of the confusion was on my end and they promptly reissued a corrected item.”
