“I never received the bracelet. Unfortunately, the bracelets I ordered were Christmas gifts. It took almost three weeks to resolve the situation. By the time customer service agree to send replacements, half my order was sold out and it wouldn’t have arrived by Christmas.”
“I love this bracelet. It is beautiful in person. I was highly disappointed that the cord it was on was not very stretchable. I was also disappointed that the bracelet size was less than 7 inches. It had to be 6 1/2 inches. I had to give it to my daughter who has smaller than average wrists.”
