Oh the despair of my sweet niece when I have to tell her on Christmas Eve that, the one thing she asked of her dear aunt was impossible to obtain, even though her aunt was quite efficient in her Christmas preparations. I’m certain I could have walked to the Puravida warehouse and back in less than the 22 days I have been awaiting its arrival. Even the Pony Express would have been surely delivered this precious gift before now.”
“When this ring arrived, it was too big. I completed the exchange info, printed the shipping label and mailed it back requesting a smaller size. This was over a month ago. The replacement ring never showed up. I’ve tried to contact Pura Vida twice and they aren’t responding to me. Be warned - this might be a scam.”

Now I cannot return or exchange it because it was “final sale” but they put that on everything so you can’t return. DONT BUY FROM HERE! Waste of money.”
