“I’d love to review this ring and was looking forward to getting it. The order was supposed to be filled and label created but never shipped. I wrote to Pure Vida and shortly thereafter I received an email from USPS asking to clarify my address and asking for an additional $1.99 to resend the ring. I went ahead and paid the fee and still don’t see it sent with tracking. Very disappointed”
“The ring is very pretty. I bought it because I like sharks and fidget rings, and trusted the brand because I’ve had wonderful experiences with their bracelets before. Within a few days of wearing it while taking it off to wash my hands, it had turned green and the spinning part of the fidget ring had begun to not work as well. Don’t buy the ring, I’m disappointed with how much money I spent for a cheap copper ring from a brand I thought was quality.”
“I was charged $4.00 for shipping and had to pay an additional $3.03 for the post office to release the package. No reply back from the company as to why this happened and no refund issued. BEWARE!”
