“I actually purchased two of these. The first I bought a size too big. My fault, so I bought another a size down. The second one came with the stone broken. I reached out to customer service and never received a response. So unfortunately, I will no longer be a Pura Vida customer. I’m disappointed, but customer service is an important part of a business for me.”
