My initial order of two (2) of each was not delivered due to erroneously being charged $3.68 postage due even tho I qualify for free shipping. I followed up with P.O. only to find out my order was missing. Customer service was responsive and helpful all along, promptly replacing my order with one (1) of each item. I guess I'm out a charm and bracelet ($20) but also out of energy to fight for compensation. Bottom line....great product, fast shipping, helpful CS. I'm still a customer.”
