“The necklace and the charms are nice for what they are. I am a little disapointed in the over all quality as well as the customer service. If you order a necklance or charms and are unhappy with purchase apparently they are non-returnable and customer service will just stop responding to you. The Harper Choker necklace again pretty for what it is, but the clasp is nearly impossible to open. Not a great design.”
