“I can’t write a review based on the quality of the alphabet charm since I still have yet to receive it. The order was placed on November 27th. Still nothing. I have emailed twice and still waiting on a reply. This was gift for my niece for her birthday, that has long since past. Very disappointed. Maybe this review will get me somewhere.”
