“The first pair I got was defective. The catches on the earrings did not work. However, PV customer service does not disappoint. I received another pair today as a replacement and they work well. Although this type of "catch" on earrings does not seem as secure as other types of "catches", I do hope to get a lot of wear out of these. The design is really nice with the pink enamel and the sparking stone. There is a modern and a vintage vibe to them which is really fun.”
