“I loved the subtle, delicate look of this bracelet nd the adjustable chain. However, the chains that dangle get knotted up easily and it is hard to untangle them if you need to remove the bracelet. I am right handed, I wear it on my right wrist since my left arm is in a compression sleeve, and untangling is hard. I will get a corded bracelet next time, or consider tangle factors in the future.”
“I order three of these bracelets. On October 12th I received an email stating a label had been created. I still haven’t received them and there are no updates. I reached out to customer service and the reply was can take up to 3 days to get a reply. Very frustrating”
