“Love this bracelet design however the durability sucks. I first bought and it immediately broke when trying to tighten it. After contracting customer support about this issue I did receive a new one. This one lasted longer, about 1 week instead of 1 minute. It broke this time when I wasn’t even tightening it and the beads spilled everywhere. Very cool bracelet design but don’t expect it to stay on your wrist for too long.”
“I bought this for my boyfriend to match the anklet I wear (Mixed Seed Bread Anklet). He accidentally broke it within a few days, unfortunately. He works in land development, so I think he needed something more heavy duty. Maybe the mens accessories could have some more durable options?”
“Do not get this product. I bought this for my boyfriend after his first one broke. This bracelet broke at most 2 weeks into him wearing it and for $18 that’s unacceptable. He is an avid lover of pura vida and has never had a bracelet break before but this one has broken twice within the same month. Save your money”
