Pure Vida sent me another one which was great cust service, however, less than 2 weeks later it broke while I was sleeping so I woke up to little beads all over my bed. If you dont wear this 24/7 it may be a nice accessory, but be very careful.”
“nice but the string under the stones is really thin. Mine broke within a day of having it. Very difficult to get customer service to help. They did finally exchange it for something else and I am happy with this. I have never had a product from pura vida break before.”
