“When ordering this bracelet, I did not receive a confirmation of my order so while trying to check on the status I reordered a second one. Both confirmations came together. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that on the website it states no cancellation or refunds. I received 1 bracelet but the second one is in transit and on hold somewhere since Dec 14. I reached out via email to customer service on Dec 18 and as of today have not heard back nor received the 2nd bracelet.”
