“First off, this charm broke while I was trying to get it out of the package. One of my other charms broke and fell off as well. Obviously a quality issue if it was 2/4 charms I ordered. On top of that, the charm “loop” is so thick it won’t fit very well between the links of the *Harper* bracelet even if it didn’t break. Not sure why it’s so thick that it doesn’t even fit well considering the items are supposed to work together and even named similarly to signify that. The best I can say for this product is that it was a good idea and looks cute, but wasn’t made well.”
“I bought a charm bracelet and 5 charms all of which the clasps have broken. I have been sent 3 different replacements and they all have broken as well. The clasps are not good quality.”
“I have got this charm twice. the first time the clasp would not hold. The second time the clasp also did not hold. I would not recommend this charm. I never had a problem with any other charms”
