“contacted company a minimum of 4 times about this charm. It doesn't stay closed when "clicked". They promptly replaced it with new one BUT same problem, it wouldn't stay closed & would immediately fall off necklace just by moving it. When I contacted them again about there possibly being a design defect, they promised to replace it with different charm design. I emailed them about which one I picked and I NEVER heard from Pura Vida again. I sent 4 more emails that included the ones from customer service telling me to pick another style charm. No response. No new charm. No refund.”
“I ordered 4 charms 3 weeks ago for my niece’s birthday, my items still have not arrived and I can not get anymore updates on tracking info site. I sent an email to Pura Vida 6 days ago about my order missing and have not got a response back from them to resolve this. There is no phone number to call the company either. Very disappointing I still have yet to give my niece her gift as I’m still waiting to hear something back from the company to make this right.”

“I love that they have a star and moon charm, as a single charm. It was my second favorite, but it has fallen off my necklace a bunch. The clasp must be a tad faulty, and you’ll get those. It’s the only one of 4 to do this, so it’s mostly just a warning that you can get one like this.”
