“I bought this for a gift and try to keep an eye on delivery because we’re supposed to get here before Christmas and it didn’t. I reached out to customer support. Explain the situation that no movement has been seen since December 11 and they stated I needed to wait till the 29 of December to allow delivery time. Today is 1 January and I still have not received the item. I reply on the 29 stating such to the customer support of Pura Vida, and still waiting an answer. Thus far no changes to delivery tracking has been made still since December. I cannot review the item however customer support and ensuring the product gets to the person it’s not acceptable and I will not recommend purchasing directly from the website as a customer support is not very responsive and they don’t have a phone number to reach.”
