“I ordered this bracelet on sale and waited for the item to ship for 2 weeks until I contacted customer service to ask for an update — they informed me that they ran out of stock and offered to refund or ship an item of the same sale price ($20).
I asked for another similar 8 pack that wasn’t on sale ~$40 but they wouldn’t honor that and just sent a refund. Disappointing because I like their bracelets.”
