“Thr clasp is way too hard to open. I had to use needle nose pliers to get it open. It then broke. I contacted Pura Vida and they did send a replacement. I can open the new one without the pliers, but it still takes some finger strength and several attempts to get it ooen. I think a new clasp design should be considered.”

Customer service immediately sent me a replacement that opens and closes but be wanted, it's not easy. I had to use jewelry pliers. I need help from another person to get necklace off.”
