“We purchased the bracelet and a few charms for one of our granddaughters and she absolutely loves it! The only issue we had was the clasp broke off when we opened it. I reached out to get a replacement and it was such a pleasure working with you for that replacement! I had to send a picture for proof and the bracelet was in the mail.
