“Ordered necklace and 5 charms about 2 months ago and necklace came damaged (attempted repaired?) and incorrect charms. The harper necklace was shipped with a section that was not chain linked, but rather connected with twisted wires poking out into my neck. The correct charms were received about a month after the original order but useless nearly two months later and replacement necklace has yet to ship”
