“The bracelet itself is cute but not worth the long wait! I ordered in late November and did not receive it until late February! And it was only shipped after I complained 3 times to customer service! It showed “processing” for literally months. Yes it says there’s a 3 to 6 week processing time but it was over 12 weeks before it shipped…after my complaints!”
“Mm overall quality of this bracelet is good! I got it for my boyfriend and originally it was supposed to be one of his christmas presents. It ended up being his birthday present. Had a big issue with customs but I reached out to Pura Vida and ended up getting a 25% refund. The customer service was awesome.”
“I ordered this bracelet the first week of December, and did not get it until the very end of February- a day after the wedding that it was intended for, also.
After multiple attempts to email them about the status, I kept getting the runaround. It was delayed 3 separate times. After only offering me a small reimbursement for the trouble, I asked to have the issue forwarded to a manager and possibly remade and overnighted to me. They completely ghosted me after that, and like stated earlier, it did not arrive until AFTER the wedding it was intended for. It was 3 simple beads on a rope chain, I’m still baffled about all of it. I will NEVER order from them again, and I’ve spread this story far and wide. Do better!!!!”
