“I like Pura Vida's philosophy; however, as a company, it is not a good company to deal with. I have had several orders with shipping issues and received incorrect items over the years. My last order had both problems and it took about a month for me to receive the correct items. Maybe it's a good company, but the customers should not pay for that. Also, not being able to talk to an actual customer service rep is bad.”
