“I have been wanting this forever and was so excited when the silver came back in stock. The hook is impossible to open to attach it to the paperclip chain necklace. I almost broke the padlock off the hook trying to open it. In general, the Harper charms/necklaces/bracelets are either too easy to open and they fall off or they are impossble to open.”
