“The free gift was cool to get from Puravida but honestly I am most impressed with how wonderful the Customer Service Support People were in handling the entire situation that has happened the last 2 months.
Not only were the Support Representatives great at responding to my complaint emails, but they all were very knowledgeable and very helpful to get things resolved.
It started out with me not receiving my Monthly Bracelet Club Subscription Sets in the actual month that it was supposed to arrive; which they immediately discovered that the set I wanted was out of stock. They offered to send me any item of my choice that was in the same price range, and immediately shipped out the replacement along with the free gift. However throughout the shipping process, the package was damaged and ripped open resulting in the loss of the free gift.
Of course as soon as I received the damaged package, I reach back out to Customer Service Support and they once again apologized for the inconvenience and reshipped the free gift as well as gifting me a discount to use on my next order.”
