“Was extremely disappointed in the passport I purchased as it would not work for me on 3 different occasions. Instead, PV was not recognizing my passport and would put a $40 threshold for me to receive free shipping.
At this point, I’ve now hit a membership tier that provides free shipping - so even if the company corrects their error with my account and recognizes that I’m a passport holder - it is useless and was a waste of money because I now receive free shipping on every order because of my membership tier.
I also have still not received my product items that I ordered during the same purchase. It‚Äôs been almost 2 weeks since the initial order was placed.”
