“but it cancels out discounts! im not sure if its a bug that happened in one random transaction or if it's consistent, but when i added sustainable shipping it removed my 35% off code saying it wasn't usable on orders with "mystery" products. i ended up choosing the discount over the sustainable option. this should be fixed, but in the end, it's weird to have to pay for sustainable shipping. For the values your company puts out there, it's offputting that your first idea for shipping wasn't to try and make it accessibly sustainable.”
