“I purchased 3 different necklaces as holiday gifts. The entire order arrived 3 weeks beyond the stated delivery date. Upon opening the gifts, all three chains were knotted (very thin and dainty material) and it took an enormous amount of time to untangle and one of the chains actually broke when attempted.”
