Additionally, a few of my past orders have come directly to the postal office and have required me to pay an additional cost due to a “shipping error made by the sender.” Later, I asked customer service about this and they refunded the amount I payed at the postal office. This didn’t happen with my most recent purchase, and I really do hope it’s been fixed.”
