“I placed two orders with different addresses on the same day. One bracelet was delivered as promised ( 9 days before Christmas) and the other one wasn’t delivered until about 4-5 days after Christmas. I’m not sure what happened but I had to go out and find a quick replacement to have for the holiday and then I delivered the real gift (Pure Vida) once it was delivered.”
