“After ordering my e-card, I received an email telling me my e-card was “on its way.” Days later, when my e-card had not “arrived” via email, I contacted support. They said the card had trouble because of an email address problem. ? So, they ended up sending me the code. It was a gift for my niece, so I wanted it to look nice. I asked if they could send me something that looked like a card instead of just a code, but they said they didn’t have anything like that. ?? Hopefully this was a one time mix up and other orders usually go through without a hitch. My experience was just not great.”
