I have only been taking it for 4weeks so it’s too soon to comment on its effectiveness as I purchased after researching for a product to help with my thinning /shedding hair and splitting,brittle nails which my medical practitioners have put down to ‘after effects of covid vaccine or Covid infection itself ‘ as I’m other wise healthy .l am hoping for improvement in approx 3 mths !”
