You won’t see overnight results but stick with it and after about three months, my nails were so much stronger (I’ve completely stopped having gels now) and the regrowth in my hair is staggering. It’s taking time to grow down but I’ve literally got twice as much hair as I had before I started taking these Biotin+ tablets. My hairdresser says she’s never seen anything like it before! “The delivery service was very good and I am pleased with the capsules that are easy to take. These were bought to help my nails which for some reason are in poor condition which I cannot understand as I hardly ever wear nail polish and eat healthy foods. The price is quite good as it is for 3 months so affordable. I have only been using the capsules for over a week so at this time I cannot see any improvement but I will be happy to do another review when I have been taking the capsules for at least 6 weeks when I am sure I can give a fair review.”
