“The capsules are fine. I had only taken biotin gummies before and was sceptical about changing to capsules in case I had any adverse reaction. I am taking biotin for hair loss so as I’ve not been taking them for 60 days yet I can’t comment on whether there is any improvement. No complaints about Puro Labs and their delivery.
