“Started with 1 tab-a-week, then two in 2 nd week. Will move to three either in 3rd or 4th week. This is to allow the body to accept and adjust to the dose. Plus to see if their are any side effects from the ACV tab or from mixing with other Vits and supplements that I take.

This is very comforting as when I originally took ACV original Motherload, many years ago , it burnt my throat each time, regardless of the watering down element.
I normally take something new for a 6-8 week period! Then go off it and see if there’s a difference. Sometimes the difference is only apparent, once I go back on!
