“I've been taking these alongside lions mane, milk thistle and multi vitamins for the last few weeks. I must say my mood and mind has improved. I do still have the occasional blip but nothing compared to what i was. Sleeping like a log. Looking back at the benefits to type this review, and I remembered thinking,when I started my last period, I didnt have major period symptoms. Time will tell if it was these.
