“The tablets themselves are pretty easy to swallow, due to size, shape, and taste. I like that the ingredients are all good stuff, no added nonsense. However, the package could stand to be half the size as the full pack of 60 tablets isn't even close to full. I get that some air is needed but it feels like a ridiculous waste of plastic.”
“So far so good - I’ve been diagnosed with zPernicious Anaemia. I’m currently having B12 injections three monthly. On diagnosis my B 12?was non existent! And blood tests show it is still below normal. Sadly I cannot get to see a Dr so have decided to get supplements for myself. The state of my hands pain, pins needles and limited use is very distressing.”
