“It seems to work okay for me. There is a lot of situations online selling one B site or another.
All I will say is this. B vitamins are a special group. All of them need to be taken together otherwise taking single B Bites like B12 or B6 on their own will only serve to make you deficient in all the others. I learnt this 40 years ago from a Consultant Nutritionalist. So he did the University work and that's why I listened to him.
