“I like the fact that this complex has levels of each B at a sensible dose. It suits me - whereas when I’ve ordered higher doseage B-complex in the past I’ve not felt well. I’ve subsequently learnt that higher levels are not necessarily a case of more is better. For me it’s not that’s why this complex suits me well.”
