“Nearly finished my first month and have bought another months worth. They haven’t upset my stomach at all. I’m still figuring out if they fix my stomach issues yet. It’s like it’s harder to notice if something has changed when you start fully trying to notice but I seem to have more regular bowel movements. I’ve managed to walk round some shops without needing to rush to the toilet due to my anxiety but I still need to keep testing it out. Bit early to comment on that yet. I’ll keep people updated.”
