“Difficult to review as calcium takes a long time to prove it is doing any good. Unfortunately, for me, I will have to stop using this supplement and many others because I have discovered that the capsule coating does not agree with me. It has taken me a long time to discover what was causing my stomach problems and stopping taking my capsule supplements seems to have worked. So I am going to have to find a different method of taking my supplements. Nothing wrong with your calcium complex, just me and my strange allergies/intolerances”
