“Unfortunately these gave me severe stabbing pains in my big toe. After research it seems they can cause gout in people susceptible & I have had gout a few times in the past. When I stopped taking these the pains reduced & within 2 days were completely gone so pretty certain it was these tablets. Shame as I had hoped they would help my bad knee.”
“I like that it comes in a pill format so no taste and easy to take. I tend to take 1 to 2 pills with water every evening before I go to bed. Think my skin has benefitted, it looks more radiant and smoother.”
