“I'm happy with these tablets but I've only bewn taking them for less than a month. It's too soon to say... My hair is looking stronger - although still falls out more than I'd like. My nails are beautiful and my skin is glowing. Can't say that they were not like that before but my muscular tone is improving. I'm also training regularly. I will keep taking them and see what happens in the next month or so.”
