“I have given this product one star short only because in my case it took a good three months for me to see any difference to either hair, skin or nails , even so nails are only a little thicker and still break unfortunately. I fail to see how some reviewers claim to see a difference in as little as two weeks to a month. However overall my skin, hair and nails have benefited from taking this supplement so I shall continue for now.”
